Description : It is anticipated that the International Criminal Court (ICC) located in The Hague, The Netherlands, will shortly be issuing a solicitation for the provision of Staff Engagement Survey .

In this connection, the ICC is requesting expression of interest from qualified firms.Description

This project aims to develop an engagement survey across the organisation to collect and measure staff members levels of engagement and sense of well-being.

These results would help the organisation to develop a series of action plans to empower staff and ensure a high level of engagement within the organization. The intension of the organisation is to run this sort of survey every 3 years.

The successful vendor will develop and run a customised ICC staff engagement survey and provide benchmarking data, on-line report administration and data analysis. The survey will be distributed to approximately 1, 100 staff members.
