Description

This is a notice of intent to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), sole source purchase order to Spyder Forensics, LLC., a Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), for custom curriculum and training using FAR 13.5 procedures. Spyder Forensics has no resellers or distributors and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), Division 4, Cyber Crimes Center (C3) has a requirement for custom cyber and forensic training services support under NAICS code 611420 Computer Training. The requirement has been deemed Law Enforcement Sensitive, so interested parties should inquire directly with the Contracting Officer listed at the bottom of this notice.
