BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN DOMESTIC BIDDING (PREQUALIFICATION)

The Ministry of Internal Affairs - Uganda Police Force invites eligible firms, to be shortlisted for the following Works, Services OR Supplies for FY 2021/2022, 202212023 and 2023/2024.

1. Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act 2003 (Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets) regulations, 2006.


The Bidding document(s) shall be inspected and issued at;

Interested applicants should obtain Bank Payment Advice Forms from Revenue Office, Police Headquarters, Katalina Road Naguru.
2. The bid documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable Fee of Shillings 50, 000.
3. Bids must be hand delivered to the Procurement and Disposal Unit between 8:00am and 5:00pm.
Late bids shall be rejected. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.
4. The deadline for bid submission shall be at 11:00 am on 27th, May 2021 and the opening at 11:30 am Room 19.
5. The bid documents should be properly sealed in an envelope and clearly marked on the top left hand corner specifying the particular supplies of interest and the name and address of the bidder addressed to:-
