Quotation are invited for Specification of Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Fire and Fault Repeater/ Monitoring System.

SPECIFICATION OF SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF FIRE AND FAULT REPEATER/ MONITORING SYSTEM AND RECTIFICATION OF EXISTING FAULT FOR FIRE ALARM SYSTEMS AT JAEL ALI STAFF ACCOMMODATION BUILDING # 1&2 SCOPE OF WORK 1.#THE PARTIES SHOULD VISIT THE SITE, AND CHECK THE SYSTEMS, ASSES THE REQUIREMENT (LIKE HIGH-LEVEL ACCESS, CONSUMABLE, ACCESSORIES, SCALES, LIARS, ETC...) AND TO QUOTE LUMP SUM ACCORDINGLY. 2.#THE CONTRACTOR SHALL HAVE THE APPROVAL FROM DCD FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS. 3.#THE SYSTEMS SHALL E MAINTAINED AS PER CIVIL DEFENSIVE REGULATIONS. 4.#IN CASE OF UN-SATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE, THE LPO WILL A CANCELLED GIVING 15 DAYS# NOTICE.

STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS
1) Prices should be 'DDP' delivery duty paid at DEWA stores.
2) Quotation to be submitted only in local currency U.A.E Dirhams
3) DEWA Standard payment terms is '30 days credit' from the date of acceptance of material
4) No DEWA staff or his or her relatives up to third degree should have ownership or partnership in your company, and your participation in DEWA tenders / RFQs should not constitute a Conflict or perceived Conflict of Interest.
