South-West and Center-West Regions Prequalification for the Design, Financing, Supply, Construction, Operation and Maintenance of Decentralized Photovoltaic Solar Systems within a Public / Private Partnership

• Lot 5 - South-West and Center-West regions: (i) Design, financing, supply, construction of twenty (20) mini photovoltaic solar power plants equipped with energy storage systems and electrical distribution networks to power around ten thousand (10, 000) households, (ii) financing, supply and installation of twenty thousand (20, 000) domestic photovoltaic solar kits, (iii) supply of energy services over a period of 15 to 20 years related to operation and maintenance of installed energy infrastructure (mini-power plants, electrical distribution networks, and domestic solar systems) and other related services or activities. Applications can be submitted for prequalification for one or more lots.
The Burkinabè Rural Electrification Agency intends to prequalify entrepreneurs and / or companies,
within the perimeters of the concessions defined, for (i) the design, financing, supply, construction of
(100) mini photovoltaic solar power plants equipped with energy storage systems and electrical
distribution networks, with a total installed power estimated at 22.6 MWp with a minimum electrical
service of 12 hours up to 24 hours / day thanks to the battery storage system, which will allow to
supply electricity to 50, 000 households, and (ii) the financing, supply and installation of one hundred
thousand (100, 000) domestic photovoltaic solar kits, and (iii) the supply of energy services over a
period of 15 to 20 years related to the operation and maintenance of installed energy infrastructure
(mini-power plants, electrical distribution networks, and domes solar systems ticks) and other
related services or activities.
4. Eligible interested candidates can obtain more information and consult the prequalification
dossier at the Burkinabè Agency for Rural Electrification (the address of which is shown below) from
8 am to 12:30 pm and from 1 pm to 4 pm. Interested candidates can purchase a full set of
prequalification documents in French by making a written request to the address indicated below,
accompanied by the non-refundable payment of one hundred and fifty thousand (150, 000) CFA
francs, equivalent to approximately two hundred and twenty- nine (229) euros. Payment will be
made in cash or by certified bank check in the name of ABER and in a currency freely convertible into
CFA Francs.
For payments by bank transfer, transactions will be made to the following account: Account ABER
BCEAO BF 000 01 001 000000060259-66 entitled "Agence Burkinabè de l`Electrification Rurale"
BCEAO Burkina. The proof of the order for the transfer of booking fees issued by the bank must be
scanned and sent to the following email address: info@aber.bf. The application will be withdrawn by
