The city of Bad Dürrenberg intends, in the elementary school Tollwitz in 06231 Bad Dürrenberg OT Tollwitz, on the park 12, the southern cultivation used as a caretaker apartment to the school building for a haternutive or additional school purposes.

The basic piece is located on the edge of the general residential area and is directly connected to the public road (but only one-way street) connected (see map / aerial view).

It is planned to prepare a large range of movement from the existing living rooms and an additional storage room. Access to the Hort takes place via the existing door opening from the courtyard and through a new access from the school building to be produced.
For this purpose, a door breakthrough in the wall dining room of the school building is provided for the storage room of the cultivation.
In the southern area of the cultivation, storage rooms are to be created.
The storage spaces are spatially separated from the movement space by a massive masonry wall.
