the purpose of this rfp is to select one (1) qualified proponent to enter into contract to supply and install a 124kw grid tied three phase inverter based solar photovoltaic panel system on fire station 1 roof, located at 1512 keating cross road, brentwood bay, bc for the corporation of the district of central saanich ("dcs").
