Description of Purchase: The nationwide extension of the HILLA model has been identified as a new strategic development step. Enlargement is supported by the national information system, jthe reason for combining the key ideas and processes developed for the HILLA program, and provides efficient and smooth access to information distributed among the parties to Finnish industries, research institutes and financial institutions. The development of an information system is called Fenix. Fenix -the software development of the information system has begun at the University of Oulu in the summer of 2016 and now is being competixed with the second phase of development work. Software developer is looking for a software developer with a strong background in information and communication technology and proven experience in the development of distributed information systemsthe two. Work will commence in December 2018 and will be completed within four months of starting work. We are looking for Full Stack Development to develop the Fenix system to meet customer needs. Tasks include: - Exporting product development ideas through definition and designproduction and production. - Participation in customer meetings where the product is expanded or the user experience is slashed and adapted to the customer's business models together with customers.
