SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT OF FUEL FOR MOBILIZATION OF VARIOUS OFFICES
The Municipality of Monkayo, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos Only (PhP 199, 900.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT OF FUEL FOR MOBILIZATION OF VARIOUS OFFICES /19-08-740
The Municipality of Monkayo now invites quotations for the SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT OF FUEL FOR MOBILIZATION OF VARIOUS OFFICES. Delivery of Goods is required ten (10) days upon receipt of the Purchase Order (PO).
A Request for Quotations may be purchased by interested Suppliers on August 30, 2019 from the address below.
It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and the website of the Procuring Entity.
Quotations must be delivered to the address below on or before September 2, 2019; 1:30 pm.
Quotations opening shall be on September 2, 2019; 1:30 pm at BAC Office. Quotations will be opened in the presence of the Bidders- representatives who choose to attend at the address above.
The Municipality of Monkayo reserves the right to accept or reject any quotations, and to reject all quotations at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected suppliers.
