Interested bidders are hereby required to submit their SEALED PROPOSALS, together with the required VALID LEGAL DOCUMENTS, to the Procurement Office on or before December 1, 2025, at 2:00 PM. Only bidders with COMPLETE SUBMISSIONS shall be eligible to undergo post-qualification evaluation. Failure to submit complete documentary requirements shall be a ground for disqualification.
