This contract mainly includes: - Drawing up a site description of all access roads to and above the watercourse, fences, manhole covers and valuable vegetation to be preserved. - The organizational measures regarding traffic during the works. - It thoroughly clearing or vacuuming the sludge from the chute of the Sint-Amandsbeek at the location indicated in Chapter III (technical provisions). - Spraying the walls of the tube clean. - Maintaining water drainage (mixed sewage) during the works. - The immediate/final disposal of the clearing spoil from all strands. - The removal of the clearance products to a place of reuse outside the site and/or the removal to a processing installation and/or the removal to a landfill. - The final repurposing of the cleared products. - Carrying out a sewer camera inspection of the cleaned pipe and drawing up an inspection report. The following provisions apply to the execution of the assignment: - The method of Clearance and transport are in principle free, unless otherwise indicated by certain specifications. The contractor is expressly informed that he must foresee all consequences, in particular with regard to the permits and authorizations granted for certain activities or installations are necessary. The contractor must provide all the characteristics, advantages, disadvantages and consequences of his implementation method, in particular in the field of the environment (duty of care)...
