The Municipality of Tanza, Cavite, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers/manufacturers/distributor/contractors to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder project:

Approved Budget

for the Contract : PHP 725, 000.00

Prospective Bidders should experience in undertaking a similar project with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed contract for bidding. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of bids shall use non-discretionary -œpass/fail- criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.

All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference(s), Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall governed by the provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

The Municipal Government of Tanza reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to cancel the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to awards of contract, waive any defects therein, and accept offers most advantageous to the Government, without thereby incurring any liabilities whatsoever to offset expenses or losses the bidder may incur in the preparation of the bids and obligation to inform the affected bidder(s) of ground(s) for the BAC-s action.
