Tender Details

Expression of Interest are invited for Sinking, Building and Powering of Bore Hole in Pagirinya – Adjumani District.

Adventist Development and Relief Agency – ADRA Uganda is a Humanitarian Non Governmental Organization of the Seventh-day Adventist Church that demonstrates God’s love and compassion. The organization works with people in poverty and distress to create just and positive change through empowering partnerships and responsible action. Currently, the organization implements projects in West Nile, Acholi, Karamoja and South Western Uganda. ADRA Uganda, through Swedish Mission Council (SMC V) project, is planning to embark on the construction of:

1. One (1) solar powered well at Pagirinya integrated Primary school – Adjumani District. ADRA Uganda is seeking a capable contractor to:

1. Carry-out the necessary survey in collaboration with the local district water engineer, to ascertain availability of water at selected sites that will meet the required yield.

2. Drill the wells on the ascertained site.

3. Install solar powered submersible pumps with the capacity to deliver the water quantities agreed.

4. Construct and supply a tank tower to carry 2 water tanks each of 10, 000 liters

5. Install high quality solar panels with capacity to run the specified pump.

6. Erect a chain-link fence around pump house and solar panels for security. ADRA Uganda now solicit expression of interest from potential contractors to reach us at ADRA Uganda Headquarters, Kireka Hill, P. O. Box 9946, Kampala Uganda, not later than 02:00 p.m. on 23rd August 2018 showing company profile, capacity, proof of previous involvement in such works and referees.
