The subject of the contract award procedure is the supply: • Of electricity (electrical power): o To cover the own needs of each Beneficiary Contracting Authority, including those of Sibelga; o To cover Sibelga's grid losses that are not due to its own production from Sibelga are covered; o For municipal public lighting at the expense of Sibelga; o For the supply of protected and winter customers of Sibelga • Of gas: o To cover the own needs of each Beneficiary Contracting Authority, including those of Sibelga o For the supply of Sibelga's cogeneration plants; o For the supply of protected and winter customers of Sibelga. The mandatory buyback of any surplus electricity production injected into the grid by PAB installations and protected and winter customers, is also part of the assignment.
