Subject of Procurement : Shockproof helmetThese helmets should correspond to the standard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of SOU 78-41-014: 2004 "Shockproof helmets. General Specifications ". By design, the helmet should be of type B (closed type, with visor, which additionally provides face protection) and have a single size (58 to 62), which is regulated by belt fastenings. The helmet should consist of a rigid solid shell (cap), transparent visor away, interior fittings, barriers and restraint systems. On the left and right sides of the helmet cap, the visor mounting system should be located and on the inside ofthe helmet there must be a damper layer in the form of a cap insert, which should fit tightly to it and ensure the distribution and damping of loads transmitted from the cap to the user`s head. The mantioned interior fittings should be of a dark blue outer fabric. The helmet visor should be made ofa transparent material of at least 4.5 mm in thickness, the left and right sides of which shall be fitted with a system for its attachment to the helmet cap, but its construction and the method of attachment to the helmet cap shall allow for its replacement. Also, on the right side of the helmet should be a push-button spring mechanism, which should ensure the locking of the visor in the upper and lower position. In addition, in the upper part of the visor should be placed a seal made of rubber or other material, which in the closed position must protect the wearer from getting into his faceand the inside of the visor water or other substances from the upper part of the helmet. The design of the helmet should not interfere with the use of corrective glasses, respirators and gas masks, and also the helmet should be able to protect the hearing apertures from impact by thin objects.The total area of protection of the helmet should be not less than 13 dm2, and its mass, together with accessories, in accordance with the design documentation and specifications must be no more than 2 kg, and the color of the helmets should be black.The delivery contents of each helmet must include at least: a helmet, a bag for its carrying made from black fabric (individual packing) and with handles for carrying, the instruction manual which should contain information about normative document to which the helmet corresponds, basic information and technical data, rules and conditions of usage (storage, transport, etc.), as well as the manufacturer`s warranties (warranty and designated storage and operation terms) and a passport which should contain information about the name of the helmet, its modifications, the code or name of the manufacturer, mass, area of protection, product number and lot, and date of manufacture.
