Tender Details

Tender are invited for Pre-fabricated shower/restroom building installation at Sherando Lake Recreation Area. Delivery of building kit, site excavation for building placement and construction of building kit. Work includes (but not limited to) ensuring route access is clear of obstructions for delivery by semi-truck, unloading building kit upon delivery, excavation/leveling of site, constructing concrete footings and floor, assembly of pre-fabricated building kit on foundation (including connecting to existing water, sanitary sewer and electrical), construction of sidewalks and final grading, seeding and mulching.
