The EU funded Light Up Liberia Program being implemented by Mercy Corps Liberia, supports the Government of Liberia’s rural electrification goals by increasing access to modern, affordable, sustainable and scalable energy services to over 25, 000 rural poor in Liberia. Through a markets-based mechanism and working through commercial distributors, availability and access to improved lighting and cooking products is increased in rural Liberia.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION OF QUOTES

The following documents must be included in the Firm’s Quote: (Offerors are advised to read carefully and ensure that a complete set of documents are submitted. Incomplete documents will not be accepted)

Firms quotes should be duly authorized, signature and company stamp/seal using the chart as a template for the format. The documents will include the following items:

1. Copy of Most Recent Business Registration

2. Copy of Most Recent Tax Clearance

3. Past experience of similar services to INGOs


4. Copy of Sufficient trained workers (attach copy of proof CV)

5. Price Offer include transportation and workmanship

6. If offeror have the capacity to service MC Generators in all location should quote separately
