main features :

the purpose of this consultation is to provide a mobile radiological screening unit. The consultation shall be carried out in the form of an adapted procedure procedure, subject to the provisions of articles 28, 78et 80 (framework agreement with purchase orders) of the decree of 25 march 2016 relating to public contracts. The contract is concluded without a minimum annual amount and with a maximum annual amount of 70 000 euro (s). This contract is concluded for a period of one year, renewable three times, without exceeding its total duration for four years. The contracting authority reserves the right to negotiate with the tenderers who have submitted an offer neither inappropriate nor abnormally low.
