Performers are allowed in accordance with Art. 14 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 13, 2012 No. 419-З "On public procurement of goods (works, services)." Participants who are not in the process of liquidation, reorganization in the form of division or separation are allowed, at the stage of terminationor are recognized in the order established by legislative acts as economically insolvent (bankrupt), except for being in the procedure of sanation; are not included in the register of suppliers (contractors, executors) temporarily not allowed to purchase; and are also not included in accordance with Decree IIresident of the Republic of Belarus dated October 23, 2012. No. 488 "On some measures to prevent illegal amounts of tax liabilities from being minimized" into the register of commercial organizations and individual entrepreneurs with an increased risk of committing offenses in the economic sphere.
