part no. 1 includes the provision of services: task 1 valuation of residential premises sold by way of a tender and without a tender to the tenant, the expected number of appraisals up to 65; task 2 valuation of commercial premises sold by way of a tender and without a tender to the tenant, the expected number appraisal reports up to 5; task 3 1) valuation of the plot and the value of the share in the land property assigned to the residential premises, the expected number of appraisal reports up to 65; 2) valuation of the plot and the value of the share in the land property assigned to the commercial premises, the expected number of appraisal reports up to 5; task 4 - inventory of a residential premises to obtain a certificate of independence of the premises (in 3 copies), expected number - up to 25 sketches; task 5 - inventory of a commercial premises to obtain a certificate of independence of the premises (in 3 copies), expected number of up to - 5 sketches. Order will be implemented for properties located within the administrative boundaries of the city of Legnica in the following areas: Zosinek, Ogrody, Fabryczna, Tarninw, Glinki.
