Tender Details

Expression of Interest are invited for Services of A Creative Agency or Creative Agencies to Support the Roll-Out of The Next Phase of The Zambia Ending AIDS Campaign After the Launch Phase.

The agencies will develop various products targeted at audiences` key to HIV epidemic control.

-On one hand, targeted campaigns aimed at increasing awareness of HIV risk, and leading users to use various HIV prevention service (young women (AGYW) 15-24 years and men:25-44 years).

-On the other hand, engage influencing audiences, to support the target audience to seek services and sustain service delivery (their sexual partners, FBOs, general public).

-Additionally, the proposed creative executions, need to speak to the diversity of men & youth (i.e. various social-economic status, in urban and peri-urban areas)

Once selected, the creative agencies are expected to do the following

-Conduct a rapid review Of the USAID DISCOVER-Health Male Characterization study findings;and Human Centred Design findings;Zambia Ending AIDS Campaign existing creative products and other relevant literature. The purpose would be to develop appropriate messages & prototypes for the different target populations

-As appropriate, quickly prototype and pre-test various products with target audiences .
