Expression of Interest are invited for Service Providers for the Edition, Printing and Distribution of Textbooks and Their Teaching Guides for Classes CP1 and CP2 for the Benefit of Burkina Faso's Classical Schools.

1. As part of the implementation of the CAST-FSDEB Budget, Exercise 2018, of the Ministry of National Education and Literacy (MENA), the Director of Public Procurement launches a notice of expression of interest for the preselection up to six (06) service providers or groups of service providers for publishing, printing and distribution of textbooks and their teaching guides for classes CP1 and CP2 for the benefit of Burkina Faso's classical schools. The service provider or group of providers will be in charge of editing, printing and distributing these documents in all the classical primary schools in Burkina Faso.
The services are broken down into two (02) defined lots as follows:
Lot 1: Publishing, printing and distribution of French textbooks and their teaching guides for classes CP1 and CP2 for the benefit of the classical schools of Burkina Faso;
Lot 2: Publishing, printing and distribution of mathematics textbooks and their teaching guides for classes CP1 and CP2 for the benefit of Burkina Faso's classical schools.
2. The provider or group of providers will edit, print and deliver CP1 and CP2 learning materials to all mainstream schools in the following areas, as expressed in the Primary Education Curriculum. of 2018:
- Textbooks:
a) a single CP1 French textbook;
b) a copybook / copy (attached to the French book) CP1;
c) a CP1 mathematics textbook;
d) a single CP2 French manual;
e) a copybook / copy (attached to the French book) CP2;
f) a CP2 mathematics textbook.

- Teaching guides:
a) a French CP1 guide;
b) a CP1 mathematics guide;
c) a French CP2 guide;
d) a CP2 mathematics guide.

3. The total duration of the assignment is nine (09) months out of the approval period of the Administration.
4. Interested candidates are invited to express their interest in providing the services described above by providing information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services.
The file of expression of interest is composed as follows:
- A letter of expression of interest;
- The introductory note of the service provider or group of service providers highlighting the following elements: the name of the service provider or of each member of the service provider group, the name of the director, the complete address (domiciliation, post office box, telephone including the country and city code, and e-mail), its areas of competence as well as its legal status (join the register of trade and furniture credit);
