Tenders are invited for Server Virtualization (Hardware and Deployment).

Cost of Tender Document GHC200.00/-.

Tenderers are allowed to tender for any lot, a combination of lots or all lots. To be considered responsive, tenderers shall quote for all items in the required quantities for the lot they have chosen to bid for. 1. GNPC invites sealed tenders from eligible suppliers for the supply of various Communication equipment and Mechanical Services. 2. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 and in accordance with the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority. 3. lnterested eligible tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the tender documents form at the procurement department of the GNPC at the address indicated below between the hours of 10.00am to 4.00pm daily on working days. A complete set of the tender documents in English may be purchased by interested suppliers upon submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee as stated above. Tenderers can bid for all or from any of the Lots within the package. 4. Tenderers should submit the following documents as part of their tender. Valid certificate of incorporation Valid certificate to commence business Valid VAT registration certificate Valid Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) certificate Valid SSNIT certificate 5. Tenders must be in a sealed envelope marked with package number delivered to the address stated below on or before 10.00am Monday 9th July, 2018. Tenders shall be valid from a period of 120 days after the deadline of tender submission. 6. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of not less than two percent (2%) of tender prices from a reputable bank or an insurance company in Ghana. Late tenders will be rejected.
