Selection Method and Evaluation Criteria:
Technical Proposal Evaluation Criteria
(a) Firm's previous project experience in similar assignments in the commercial, industrial or agri sectors (20%)
(b) Firm's previous experience in implementing credit-line facilities in the Western Balkans region, preferably in Serbia and preferably through leasing companies (20%)
(c) Quality of the methodology proposed for the Assignment (20 %)
(d) CV of Key Expert 1 Project Manager (13%).
(e) CV of Key Expert 2 Lead Engineer (9%)
(f) CV of Key Expert 3 Communication and Marketing Expert (9%)
(g) CV of Key Expert 4 Pool of Local Engineers (9%)
The minimum technical score (St) required to pass is 80.
