Tenders are invited for Senior Technical Assistance-Expert in Financing Industries

The Government of the Republic of Mali has received funding from the African Development Bank Group to cover the cost of the Malian Economy Competitiveness Support Project (PACEM), and intends to use a part of the sums granted under this grant to finance the service contract of an individual Consultant for technical assistance-senior expert in financing of industries on behalf of the Agency for the Promotion of Investments in Mali (API-Mali ).

The services provided under this contract will generally provide API-MALI with the human resources and tools necessary to achieve its objectives according to the best international standards.

More specifically, the objective of the mission is to recruit technical assistance to support API-MALI in its assistance to industrial enterprises in terms of financing.

The period envisaged for the start of services is for the month of October 2019.

The Malian Economy Competitiveness Support Project (PACEM) invites individual Consultants, with a degree in economics, finance or a related field at the Bac + 5 years old level, to apply for services described above. Interested consultants must provide information on their ability and experience demonstrating that they are qualified for the services (motivation letter, certified copies of diplomas, curriculum vitae, reference of similar services, experience in comparable assignments, availability, etc.).

The eligibility criteria, the shortlisting and the selection procedure will be in line with the " Procurement Framework for Bank Group-financed Operations ", October 2015 edition of the African Development Bank, which is available on the Bank's website at http://www.afdb.org .
