Tenders are invited for Senior Multilateral Advisor.

Scope: The Senior Multilateral Advisor will serve as an U.S. Personal Services Contractor placed within the U.S. Embassy community under Chief of Mission Authority. This position plays a critical role in promoting alignment and complementarity between U.S. government investments through PEPFAR, PMI and TB bilateral investments and those financed through the Global Fund, including related investments through other multilateral partners and private sector organizations. The Senior Multilateral Advisor will provide leadership, advice and counsel to USG interagency leaders in-country in the governance, implementation and monitoring of the Global Fund investment portfolio. The Senior Multilateral Advisor will collaborate and share information with USG interagency leaders in-country and the Office of the Global AIDS Coordinator (S/GAC) relevant to efforts to ensure complementarities between USG investments, the Global Fund, and other donors when relevant.
