Objective and Purpose of the Assignment
Goals, objectives and results of ERP system implementation

Goals for optimizing business processes and implementing ERP system, taking into account the future
development of the company:
- Search and elimination of: “bottlenecks”, duplicate functions, inefficient procedures in order to
increase the efficiency of planning and managing the enterprise;
- Ensuring the reliability and efficiency of accounting and planning analysis;
- Combining all the company's business processes in one powerful and convenient system.

Main purposes of component for optimizing business processes and implementing an ERP system::
- Form a complete list of business processes taking place in the parent company and in all its
branches in all areas;
- Develop a vision of a future ERP system that is most optimal for implementation at OJSC Electric
Power Plants, taking into account existing information systems;
- Conduct a selection of business processes that need to be optimized for further automation;
- Perform a deep analysis of the presented business processes for sufficiency and effectiveness, if
necessary, make adjustments to fully achieve the company's business goals;
- Provide recommendations for optimizing inefficient business processes of the company;
- Develop methods and algorithms for phased optimization of inefficient and duplicate business
processes;
