INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID

The TUPC, through its Bids and Awards Committee, invites supplier/manufacturers/distributors/contractors to apply for eligibility and if found eligible, to bid for the hereunder project:

Name of Contract: Security Services 2019

Location: TUPC Comp., CQT Ave., Salawag, DasmariA+/-as City, Cavite

Brief Description: Security Services 2019

ABC: Php 4, 144, 376.72

Prospective Bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last two (2) years with a value of at least fifty percent (50%) of the proposed project for bidding. The eligibility check/screening, as well as the preliminary examination of bids, shall use non-discretionary -œpass/fail- criteria. Post qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.

All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post-qualification, and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) or Republic Act 9184 (R.A. 9184).

The schedule of BAC Activities is as follows:

1. Submission of Letter of Intent & Application for Eligibility/Issuance of Eligibility Forms - March 21 - April 16, 2019

2. Pre-bid Conference - April 4, 2019, at 2:00 pm

3. Receipt & Opening of Bids including Eligibility Check - April 18, 2019, at 2:00 pm

4. Post-qualification - April 22, 2019

5. Notice of Award - April 29, 2019

6. Notice to Proceed - April 30, 2019

The BAC will issue Bidding Documents only to bidders declared by the BAC to be eligible for bidding upon payment of a non-refundable amount of Php 4, 500.00 to the TUPC Cashier.

Only those who will avail the bidding documents shall be allowed to attend the pre-bid conference.

The TUPC assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expense incurred in the preparation of their bids.
