Closing Date: 19 July 2018 at 12:00
Site Inspection: A compulsory site meeting and inspection will be conducted with the representatives of KOBWA at Maguga Dam Conference Room, on 13 July 2018, starting at 10:00 at which time the conference room doors will be closed and late tenderers will be disqualified. Proof of attendance of this compulsory meeting will have to be substantiated by signature of the certificate of attendance form in the document and attendance register only on commencement of the site meeting. No documents will be sold after the meeting.
Restriction: Proposals must be clearly marked "Confidential, Provision of security for Maguga Dam - KOB/MD/04/2018" and be hand delivered on or before 12:00 midday, Monday 09 January 2017, into the Maguga or Driekoppies Dam tender boxes at reception. Applicants will be required to sign a tender delivery register at reception. Telephonic, telegraphic, facsimile, electronic arid late tenders will not be accepted, but automatically disqualified. Preference will he given to Swazi registered companies. KOBWA does not bind it self to accepting the lowest or any tender, and may withdraw all the proposals without furnishing any reasons.
