Tender are invited for Purchase of fish loins raw, untreated and unbreaded, equivalent to USDC grade A, IQF. Species : cod, or haddock. Product may be a formed product. Skinless and boneless. Single frozen only. Not to be treated with sodium polytriphosphate (tripoly); portion size : 4 oz. layer packed with moisture-proof paper between each layer. Packed in approximately 6 lb. cartons, 6 or 10 cartons per master container. See attached files.
