In May 2019, the project "Accompaniment of the process of strategic development and comprehensive reform of the Judiciary, incorporating Information and Communication Technologies (ICT)" was signed, with the aim of strengthening and making efficient the internal institutional strategic processes and the justice administration system services for thepopulation nationwide, through the incorporation of the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT); guarantee equal access to justice for all through the promotion of the rule of law; and strengthen the institutional management and increase of technical and operational capacities of the Judiciary of the Dominican RepublicThe objectives of the hiring are the following: Develop and implement a WEB platform that enables the consultation of the Legal Knowledge Base on legislation and jurisprudence to judges and judicial servants of the Dominican Republic, through a semantic thesaurus and an intelligent algorithm Search.Create a digital repository, where you canThe sentences issued by the Judiciary and other courts, as well as all the regulations of the country, are quickly and efficiently consulted. Relate the jurisprudence with the regulations in a convenient manner, thus obtaining knowledge of the norm applied in each judgment and identifying the possible recurrences.Develop the methodology applicable to the entire documentNation that needs to be loaded into the application. Manage the transfer of methodological and technological knowledge to the Judiciary for the sustainability of the platform by the institution.
