Dear Sir / Madam, The United Nations Development Program (UNDP) is pleased to contact you in order to request the submission of a Proposal to this request for proposal (SdP) for the provision of the services of " Implementation of the IT Service Management Processes Tool (Service Desk) for SENASA "SuOffer will include a Financial Proposal and a Technical Proposal, presented in separate envelopes and must be submitted according to the indications in Section 2. If this is not the case, UNDP would be grateful if you could indicate the reason for our information.
