Dear Sir / Madam, The United Nations Development Program (UNDP) is pleased to contact you in order to request the submission of a Proposal to this request for proposal (SdP) for the provision of the services of " Implementation of the IT Service Management Processes Tool (Service Desk) for SENASA "SuOffer will include a Financial Proposal and a Technical Proposal, presented in separate envelopes and must be submitted according to the indications in Section 2. Please send a letter of acknowledgment addressed to the following address: United Nations Development Program (UNDP) Anacaona Avenueundp.org The letter must be in possession of UNDP no later than July 13, 2018, and it must indicate if your company intends to submit a Proposal. If this is not the case, UNDP would be grateful if you could indicate the reason for our information. If you have received this SdP through a direct invitation made byUNDP, the transfer of this invitation to another company requires written notification to UNDP of such transfer and the name of the company to which the invitation is sent.
