Development, on a pilot scale, of four demonstration projects to improve operational efficiency for the recycling of electronic waste in Mexico, development of a guide to good operational practices and feasibility study of a type plant with capacity for recycle 10 thousand tons per year of this waste.

Objective: Design, implement and test alternatives to improve the environmentally adequate recycling of electrical and electronic waste in Mexico and reduce emissions of contaminated materials throughout the value chain, avoiding the release of persistent organic pollutants into the environment.

Description of Trips: Bidders must quote per diem on a minimum basis of ten days of field work for each month of contract (at least two days for each company and two days of slack for other activities). See Annex C. Per diem per diem rates.
