Dear Sir / Madam, We are pleased to address you in order to request the submission of a Proposal for the provision of "Consultancy for" services. Preparation of a baseline study for the "Spotlight" project of the United Nations System in Honduras. In the preparation of your Proposal, please use and complete the attached formto Annex 2. Your Proposal must be submitteduntil February 1, 2019 until 5:30 p.m. (Honduras time) by e-mail: adquisicionespnudhn@undp.org Your proposal must be written in Spanish, and will be valid for a minimum period of 60 days. In the course of preparing the Proposal, it will be your responsibilityMake sure you arrive at the aforementioned address on or before the deadline. Proposals received by UNDP afterthe indicated period, for any reason, will not be taken into consideration. If you submit your Proposal by email, please make sure that it is duly signed by the legal representative of the firm.ay safeguarded in pdf format, free of any virus or damaged files. The proposed services will be reviewed and evaluated based on their integrity and adjustment to the Proposal, and on their capacity to respond to the requirements of the SdP and all the rest Annexes detailing the requirements of UNDP. The Proposal that meets all the requirements, is adjustede to all the evaluation criteria and offer a better value for money will be selected and the Contract will be awarded. Any offer that does not meet the requirements will be rejected. If there is a discrepancy between the unit price and the total price, the UNDP will proceed to perform a new calculation, in which the unit price will prevail, and correct inconsequently the total price. If the Service Provider does not accept the final price determined by UNDP on the basis of its new calculation and correction of errors, its Proposal will be rejected.
