Your Proposal must be submitted until 04/10 2018 at the latest until 3:00 p.m., legal time of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, by email, mail orfax to the address indicated below: United Nations Development Program (UNDP) Av. Francisco de Miranda, Avila Park Tower, 6th Floor, 6-A Office. Caracas, Venezuela Procurement Unit / UNDP Venezuelalicitaciones.ven@undp.org Your Proposal must be written in Spanish, and will be valid for a minimum period of ninety (90) days of validity. In the course of the preparation of the Proposal, it will be your responsibility to ensure that you arriveat the aforementioned address on or before the deadline. Proposals received by UNDP after the indicated period, for any reason, will not be taken into consideration. If you submit your Proposal by email, we kindly ask youand ensure that it is duly signed and safeguarded in pdf format, free of any type of virus or damaged files.
