SDP / 085 / MPPEE / 2018 DEVELOPMENT OF THE BASIC ENGINEERING AND DETAIL OF THE PROJECTS OF REPOWERING AND EXPANSION OF TWO (2) SMALL HYDROELECTRIC POWER PLACES LOCATED IN THE BOLIVAR STATE Dear Sir / Madam, We are pleased to address you in order to request the presentation of a Proposal for the provision of professional services SDP 085 / MPEE / 2018 Elaboration of the Basic and Detail Engineering of the Repowering and Expansion Projects of two (2) Small Hydroelectric Plants located in the State of Bolvar In the preparation of your Proposal, please use and complete the attached form in Annex 2. Your Proposal must be submitted until 5/9/2018 no later than 3:00 p.m.to legal of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, by email, mail orfax to the address indicated below: United Nations Development Program (UNDP) Av. Francisco de Miranda, Avila Park Tower, 6th Floor, 6-A Office. Caracas, Venezuela Procurement Unit / UNDP Venezuelalicitaciones.ven@undp.org Your Proposal must be in writingin Spanish, and will be valid for a minimum period of ninety (90) days of validity. In the course of the preparation of the Proposal, it will be your responsibility to ensure that you arrive at the aforementioned address on or before the deadline. Proposals received by UNDP after the indicated period, for any reason, will not be takentaken into consideration. If you submit your Proposal by e-mail, we ask you to ensure that it is duly signed and safeguarded in pdf format, free ofany type of virus or damaged files. The proposed services will be reviewed and evaluated based on their integrity and adjustment to the Proposal, and in its capacity to respond to the requirements of the SdPand all the other annexes that detail the requirements of the UNDP.
