In preparing your Proposal, please use and fill out the form attached in Annex 2. Your Proposal must be written in Spanish and will be valid for a minimum period of ninety (90) days. In the course of preparing the Proposal, it will be your responsibility to ensureMake sure you arrive at the address mentioned above on the deadline or prior to that date. Proposalsreceived by UNDP after the deadline indicated, for whatever reason, will not be taken into consideration. If you submit your Proposal by email, please make sure that it is duly signed and safeguarded in pdf format, free of quaAny type of virus or damaged files. The proposed services will be reviewed and evaluated based on their integrity and adjustment to the Proposal, and on their ability to respond to the requirements of the SdP and all other annexes detailing the UNDP requirements. The Proposal that meets all the requirements, meets all the evaluation criteria and offerszca a better value for money will be selected and the Contract will be awarded. Any offer that does not meet the requirements will be rejected. If there is a discrepancy between the unit price and the total price, UNDP will proceed with a new calculation, in which the unit price will prevail, and will correct the total price accordingly. If the Providedr of Services does not accept the final price determined by UNDP based on its new calculation and correction of errors, your Proposal will be rejected.
