September 6, 2018 We are pleased to invite local companies, to quote the provision of "Printing Services" for the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and theUnited Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN Women). UNDP intends to sign a Long Term Agreement [1] with a single company, for a maximum duration of up to three (3) years, uponsatisfactory evaluation of the service. In the preparation of your quote you agrwe use and complete the attached form as Annex 1. We appreciate taking into account that the Long-Term Agreement is not exclusive and therefore UNDP and UN Women, will be able to acquire the services from other providers.
