Estimated duration: 4 months Start date : September 2018Termination Date: December 2018Project Number and Titlecto: 00092169 Strengthening the management of the Protected Areas system to better conserve the threatened species and their habitats Objective: The national consultant will support another leading international consultant, to carry out the Mid Term Evaluation (EMT), In order to evaluate the design and implementation of the project to date, in terms ofnity, effectiveness, efficiency, impact and sustainability to know its development and estimate the scope in the fulfillment of the expected results according to the Project Document (PRODOC). Name of the Supervisor: Director of Priority Species for Conservation, CONANPDirector / of the Sustainable Development Program UNDP Project Coordinator.Travel description: Face-to-face work in Mexico City for 5 days for the collection of information, for 2 days for the presentation of preliminary results and 2 days for the presentation of final results. In the case of a foreign consultant, you must include these trips in your economic proposal. As of the approval of the methodological proposal ofevaluation and work program, field trips will be defined in the regionswhere the Project operates, in accordance with the pilot states established in the Project Document, as well as the main findings of the project; and to guarantee the viability of the visits of the same in the established time.
