Description: The purpose of this SBIR Innovation Competition is to develop and test products and services that are part of one or both of the social issues mentioned, partly in relation to the acceleration in the digital transformation that the current Covid19 pandemic entails. The social (sub) challenges are central to this, and in particular the specific wishes of the authorities and users involved.
Another aim is to stimulate the innovative power in the public domain around the two key technologies Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain. Since a good connection to the government market is necessary for this, the prototypes developed will have to be tested in a pilot project of the public sector. The entrepreneur is responsible for finding this testing ground.
