Tenders are invited for Satellite Emergency Preparedness Association
Short description : The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Section for Preventive Security (SFS) invites participation in open bidding competition, with the aim of entering into a Framework Agreement for the purchase of the Contingency Association for the purpose of meeting the client`s need for emergency preparedness connections over satellite, between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Norwegiane foreign service stations in the years 2020-2024. An emergency preparedness relationship over satellite will help to fulfill the Ministry of Foreign Affairs` security objectives with a special focus on personnel safety. The purpose of emergency preparedness relations is to ensure that employees of the Foreign Service have communication possibilities regardlessno matter of location and local communication. The service is initially limited to areas / situations where a lack of communication means is considered unacceptable risk in the foreign service`s risk assessments centrally and locally at the individual foreign service mission.
