the greater vancouver sewerage & drainage district, hereinafter referred to as the "corporation" or "metro vancouver, " invites submissions of expressions of interest from interested parties (respondents) regarding the provision of sand to be used as fill and pre-load for metro vancouver`s new northwest langley wastewater treatment plant (nlwwtp) in the township of langley.

while it is anticipated that this standing request for expressions of interest (srfeoi) may lead to negotiations with respondents that provide attractive, metro vancouver reserves the unfettered right to determine the next steps in the process which may include: contracting with a respondent; issuing a request for qualifications and/or a request for proposal; collapsing this process entirely; or pursuing a different selection process altogether.
