description : roads projects & maintenance directorate in ministry of works erects safety fences in major highways to prevent vehicles from overturning to other side of the highway. In case of accidents, the damaged fences (rails and posts) are removed and stored in our roads stores (direct labour organization dlo salmabad). This collected amount of damaged steel is set for auction every few months.
