The subject of the tender is a framework agreement for the provision of a cloud-based software solution for the systematic recording, maintenance and use of skills as well as for supporting internal mobility in Bavarian Broadcasting. The solution maps a given skill model in a structured manner, enables the maintenance of meaningful skill profiles and supports skill-based matching for internal tasks, projects and positions. The software also provides functions internal advertisements, applications, skill assessments as well as evaluation and reporting, thereby creating a transparent, comprehensible and uniform basis for internal deployment and decision-making processes.
