Tenders are invited for Routine Maintenance and Security of Street Light Installations within Asokoro District

3. Collection of Tender Documents
Interested Companies should Collect Tender Documents from the following Locations upon Presentation of Evidence of Payment of #10, 000.00 (Ten Thousand Naira) only Non- Refundable Tender Fee to Fct Treasury Single Account (Tsa) E-Collection Project Powered by Remita:-
(I) Projects under Fct Universal Basic Education Board (Fct Ubeb) :- Companies should Collect Tender Documents from Fct Ubeb Head Quarters at Moshood Abiola Road, Area 2 Section 1, Garki-Abuja.
(Ii) Projects under Abuja Metropolitan Management Council (Ammc) :- Companies should Collect Tender Documents from Ammc Head Quarters at No. 2 Juba Street, Zone 6, Wuse-Abuja.
How to Make Payment:
(a) Access the E-Collection Platform via www.remita.net
(B) Click on “Pay Tsa & States”
(C) Click on Federal Capital Territory Admin
(D) Click on “Who do You Want to Pay” and Enter the Name of the Secretariat Department or Agency of Your Choice. You Enter “Abuja” “Fct” or “Federal” to Provide a Drop down List of Sdas, Where You can Select Your Preferred.
(E) Click on “Name of Service/Purpose” to Display a Drop down List of Service Types Provided by the Sda and Select Your Choice
(F) Enter Other Payment Details as Required and Click “Submit” to Generate Remita Retrieval Reference (Rrr).
(G) Select Any Preferred Electronic Payment Channel (Card, Internet Banking, Ussd, Wallet, Phone Number or Select Bank Branch to Walk to Any Closet Bank Branch of Your Choice to Complete Your Payment).
(H) Payers will be Issued an Electronic Receipt following Payment, Which You can Take to the Specific Sda to Receive the Applicable Service.

4. Submission of Tender Documents
The Pre-Qualification and Tender Documents should each be Sealed and Labeled Either “Technical” or “Financial” Bids as Appropriate and the Two Envelopes be Put in Another Envelop that should Also be Sealed and Labeled “Tender for (Lot No )”. All Submissions shall be in Triplicate (3) (One Original and Two Other Copies) Both Technical and Financial, and All Pages Duly Endorsed by the Bidder and be Dropped in the Appropriate Tender Box on or before 12:00 Noon on Tuesday 7 December, 2021 at the following Locations: -
(I) Projects under Fct Universal Basic Education Board (Fct Ubeb) shall be Submitted at Fct Ubeb Head Quarters, Moshood Abiola Road, Area 2, Section 1, Garki-Abuja.
(Ii) Projects under Abuja Metropolitan Management Council (Ammc) shall be Submitted at Ammc Head Quarters, No. 2, Juba Street, Zone 6, Wuse - Abuja.

5. Opening of Technical Bids
Only the Technical Bids shall be Opened Immediately after the Deadline for Submission at 12:00 Noon on Tuesday 7 December, 2021 :-
(I) Projects under Fct Universal Basic Education Board (Fct Ubeb) shall be Opened at the Assembly Hall of Junior Secondary School, Jabi - Abuja.
(Ii) Projects under Abuja Metropolitan Management Council (Ammc) shall be Opened at the Conference Room of Ammc Head Quarters at No. 2, Juba Street, Zone 6, Wuse - Abuja.
