Tender More Details : The National Housing Trust (NHT) invites registered contractors to undertake roofing works at the Brooke Avenue Apartment Complex, Duhaney Park, St. Andrew.

SCOPE:
The successful contractor will be required to:
• Remove the tar base membrane from existing roof;
• Supply and install new roofing membrane; and
• Cart away and dispose of debris from site

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Tenderers must provide:
 Evidence of tax compliance.
 A copy of a valid Public Procurement Commission (PCC)/National Contracts Commission (NCC) registration certificate with a minimum
Grade 2 rating in the category of Roofing OR Building Construction Grade 3.
