Expression of Interest are invited for Long Term Frame Agreement for Rolling Doors and Steel Doors Maintenance Contract.

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS:

? Documents may be submitted between 0900 -1100 and 1200 - 1400 hours within the date indicated above, to the QAFCO Housing Section, located Al Banush Club in the Mesaieed Residential Area, Tel. 44770330.

Brief Scope of work:
The service shall include contract management team including all engineers, supervisors, technicians, estimators etc. but not limited the following for comprehensive maintenance and modification works pertaining to all types rolling doors and steel doors as mentioned in the below activity description.

Part 1: Supply and maintenance of rolling doors:
The work shall include all activities necessary to provide safe, efficient, cost effective facilities and infrastructure preservation, operation, planning, design, construction and activation services at QAFCO. QAFCO has an intention to have a separate frame contract for the maintenance of doors by carrying out periodical, preventive and breakdown maintenance of Rolling Doors and Overhead Sectional Doors and Steel Hollow Metal Doors, blast proof doors. QAFCO is inviting the specialist contractors who have experience to provide service and best proposal to maintain such doors on long term basis with material and without material cost. The best proposal could to undertake the full responsibility by deploying sufficient expertise manpower team, tools, transportation including spares etc. to the highest level of satisfaction against identified KPI-s (key performance indicators). Doors are classified as manual as well as electrical operated rolling doors, fire rated and blast resistant doors of all sizes. Bidders may also mention the spare parts list which can be reimbursed as and when replaced if found more economical. The KPI-s shall include but not limited to uninterrupted operation, No observation of corrosion or pealed of paint, no collapse, mall operation of locking system, misalignment, motor or electrical failure etc. Bidders shall submit attractive proposals for all types of doors in Qafco 1 to 4, Qafco 5&6 and ICPR doors. Bidders shall specify the proposed organisation to attend to periodical maintenance, corrective maintenance and breakdown maintenance. Bidders shall specify proposed payment milestones and may refer to similar complete service based contracts and may even attach such contracts they held or continue to hold such contracts. Qafco shall arrange site visit (Mandatory) and list of doors if necessary at this stage of EOI.
