The Department seeks a specialised and experienced consultant to undertake and deliver a planning study to assess and recommend options to upgrade the road corridor along the South Arm Secondary Road between Pass Road and Acton Road (known as Rokeby Stage 3). The Rokeby Stage 3 Planning Study will investigate the road corridor and deliver a Corridor Plan to upgrade the road corridor to achieve the desired future level of service.
