Technical safety bc`s director, digital innovation & partnerships, data analytics and decision science is seeking to learn about suppliers experience and best practices regarding rpa(robotic process automation) tools and implementation methodologies to automate business processes.



the rpa project is expected to automate certain steps in the form application process with an rpa tool. The initial phase will include but not be limited to: understand the business process, develop the business process for rpa bot, deploy the rpa bot, and assess the effectiveness of the implementation.
