Description

The Riverside Structure Demolition Project consists of the demolition and removal of facilities at the US Forest Service, Pacific Southwest Research Station, in Riverside, CA. Work includes demolition of designated building structures (with foundations, slabs, etc.), other concrete structures, disconnecting and removal of utilities, and removal of any site features as identified in the Specifications. Work also includes the testing of structures for hazardous materials, remediation, and disposal of any and all hazardous materials.

Pre-Proposal Site Visit Monday June 22, 2020 Time: 10:00 AM PT. All participants must RSVP by June 19, 2020 by contacting Anthony Salas by email at anthony.salas@usda.gov. Questions shall be sent to anthony.salas@usda.gov.

The magnitude of this project is between $25, 000 and $100, 000. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS Code 238910. Submit your proposal electronically to anthony.salas@usda.gov, no later than July 10, 2020 11:00am Mountain Time.
